Payment Methods

Other methods are available with an approved credit request. Credit requests are available, must be approved by your Account Manager. Accepted payment methods include Webpay and bank transfer.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. While we strive to meet this goal, Calvo Distribution is not liable for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances, weather or natural disasters, carrier demands or disputes, national/international customs, embargoes, or seasonal shipping demand. Special or custom orders may require additional lead time. All international orders have free shipping.

Shipping Methods

All international orders are shipped via our official courier, FedEx (insured shipments), unless otherwise requested, in which case the customer must handle the arrangements.

Warranty Policy

As part of our reasonable Terms and Conditions, you agree to notify Calvo Distribution of any shipping discrepancies (incorrect pricing, wrong items, damaged items, etc.) within 5 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the goods. Any issues determined to be the fault of Calvo Distribution will be credited or reshipped at no charge. Any discrepancies reported after 5 BUSINESS DAYS will be approved or denied at the discretion of Calvo Distribution. Notifications must be sent to wholesale@calvoglass.com with details of the issue, including photographic documentation and the invoice number.

Authorized Returns

Only manufacturing defects or items damaged during shipping are eligible for a full credit. All returns must be notified via email to wholesale@calvoglass.com, providing case details, photographic evidence, and the invoice number. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 BUSINESS DAYS of delivery.
We cannot accept returns of used goods or any partial samples. All returned goods must be in new, sellable condition and include all original packaging materials, instructions, and accessories. Returns for partial deliveries will not be accepted. No returns will be accepted for used, incomplete, or defective goods.

Damages and Shortages

Any discrepancies with your order must be reported within 5 BUSINESS DAYS of delivery. All orders leave our warehouse in good condition. If your boxes appear open, taped, damaged, or tampered with, please photograph them, note the damage when signing for the delivery, retain the original boxes, and file a claim with the carrier. If your boxes arrive in good condition but contain damaged, missing, or excess items, please take photos of all damages (required for credit issuance) and contact your Sales Representative to file a claim. For overages or incorrect items, Calvo Distribution will arrange the return shipment.
